Collect the measurements required by the supplier’s size chart. Children of the same age may need different sizes, so age labels alone are not a reliable fit guide.

Review sample fit across a representative size range. Check movement, sleeve and trouser lengths, layering room and the comfort of seams and closures.

Approve the final measurement chart, tolerances and size breakdown before production. Keep a record of the approved sample and agree how replacements or size exchanges will be handled.
